What we collect

The inquiry form collects name, business email, company, optional company website, industry, workflow and objective. We also record a submission identifier, submission time and notification status to handle retries and review inquiries. Industry previews require no contact information.

Why

To review and respond to your inquiry about HubCop. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a private database that site visitors cannot read. A copy of the inquiry details is emailed to gdoubleday@hubcop.com through Resend, a third-party email service.

How long it is kept

A formal retention period has not yet been set. Until it is, you may ask for your submission to be deleted at any time.
